Warranty Disclaimers
Not My Fault Rods LLC offers a limited warranty on all of its products, description of warranty times is in above section. In order to process a warranty claim, the above form must be filled out and submitted on line at our website (www.notmyfault.online) within 15 days of purchase, warranty start at date of purchase. NMF Rods are covered by a Limited Warranty against non-conformities in materials and workmanship for the warrant duration of the original owner. NMF Rods reserves the right to inspect the rod to determine (at companies’ discretion) if the breakage/damage was due to workmanship or material non-conformance. For breakage/damage determined to have occurred due to non-conformance in material or workmanship, Not My Fault Rods (at the companies’ discretion), will either repair or replace the product at no charge. For models that have been discontinued a model of equal or lesser value will be sent as a replacement.
Warranty Processing
- Notify NMF Rods of warranty related issues.
- Ship entire rod to NMF Rods address in non-returnable package. Purchasers responsible for shipping to NMF Rods
- Enclose a check or money order for the sum of $40.00 for return shipping. Local customers can contact NMF rods for drop off and pick up services.
